Nevertheless, this program will not act as a pseudo integrity program and as such agencies are required to carry out a thorough risk evaluation to ensure that its subjects or its operations do not result to unethical conduct. In other words, advertising agencies are supposed to conduct an assessment which identifies corruption red flags in its operations in order to comply with the anti-corruption programs.
