Dr. Jennifer Walden derived her inspiration to pursue a career as a plastic surgeon from her parents who were both bonafide medical professionals. Walden graduated from Anderson High school and later joined the University of Texas where she did a Bachelor’s degree in biology. Walden received her doctorate from the same university albeit from its medical branch at Galveston. She moved on to New York after completing her residency training where she had been selected as one of the attendants of a fellowship that was held at Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital. She worked with famous surgeons like Dr. Sherrell Aston in New York and remained there for eight years. She acted as an Attending in Plastic Surgery and also as a Clinical Instructor of Surgery at New York University Langone Medical Centre. She moved back to Texas after becoming a mother so to accord her two boys the comfort of been raised close to their family.
Walden owns her own business in Texas and is one of the leading female plastic surgeons of the state.
